Cuplock scaffold, also known as Cuplok is one of the worlds most widely and successfully used modular scaffolds. One node point enables up to 4 components to be fastened at once just with one hammer. The locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed bottom cup that is welded to the standard at pre-located 0.5m intervals, top cup can slide up and down within the restricted range. Locate the blade end of the ledgers into bottom cup, drop down and rotate the top cup to secure the component in place, then tighten with the hammer. Applications:

Standards have locking device (Bottom Cup and Top Cup) -node with 0.5m interval. One node point can connect 4 components to be fastened at once just with one hammer. Horizontals and Diagonals, side brackets, are to be mounted on Standards/Verticals to make strong and safe scaffold tower.
